Pendleside Hospice has a dedicated Family Support Centre, which consists of four counselling rooms, with one room specifically designed for children.
Pendleside Hospice provides support and counselling to adults, children and families who are caring for a loved one or who have been affected by a bereavement, and who live within the Burnley and Pendle communities.
Support and counselling sessions can be delivered in a variety of ways, including individual face-to-face sessions, family sessions, group sessions and individual telephone sessions. Support can also be provided in the community.
Individuals are able to refer themselves to the service and we also accept referrals from relatives, carers, healthcare professionals, and schools.
You do not need to have had any previous connection with Pendleside to access our support, and your loved one does not need to have received care at the Hospice.
We have a private voicemail so if you need to leave a message you can do so safely and with confidentiality assured.
