Neurological Group

The "Neurological Group" is specifically for patients who have a long term neurological condition (e.g Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone's Disease). We aim to support and recognise each patients individuals needs when living with the complexities of a neurological condition. The group also offers invaluable peer support and input from other health care professionals.

The group runs for 8 weeks and includes exercise and fun activities.

Week 4      Education

Week 5      Games

Week 6      Guest speakers

Week 7      Goal review

Week 8      Celebration week
